Lease Term
The Lease shall be for a one-year base term plus four one-year option renewal terms. The lease allows the Army Reserve to utilize the land, facilities, and infrastructure on the site to perform deployment readiness level vehicular maintenance. Government shall have no further liability for the period following the effective date of termination.
