### Description

This Request for Supplier Qualifications invites prospective proponents to qualify to provide professional services described in Appendix A. It is intended to establish a Supply Arrangement for professional advisory, design, engineering, project oversight, and specialized technical services for transportation projects across Nova Scotia. Where authorized, other provincial departments, agencies, boards, commissions, Crown corporations, and public bodies may use the arrangement for project-specific call-ups. The solicitation is conducted under the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual as they relate to Crown Corporations.
