Description

NIJ 0101.06 Level II/IIIA concealable armor and Level IV tactical armor for high-risk missions. Market research and multi-agency evaluations determined that only TYR Tactical products meet 100% of salient characteristics, including female-specific shaping, load-bearing suspension frame, MOLLE configuration, four-way stretch nylon/spandex concealable compression material, Berry Amendment compliance, ESAPI compatibility, and full interoperability with AFOSI-fielded TYR modular pouches. Award to another source would disrupt agents and render existing AFOSI inventory incompatible.
