### Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration is inviting proposals from currently funded Small Business Development Center (SBDC) recipients; only applications submitted by SBDC Lead Centers will be considered. The cooperative agreement funds SBDC networks to provide business advising, counseling, training, and technical assistance to small businesses and nascent entrepreneurs. Services support business growth and development, including access to capital, planning, operations, financial management, marketing, and export assistance. Cost sharing is required at a 1:1 ratio unless otherwise authorized.
