Public Health Ontario is seeking one lead provider to deliver integrated managed IT and cybersecurity services.

### Description

Public Health Ontario is inviting proposals for an integrated Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) capability. The selected lead provider will be accountable for coordinating and continually improving managed IT and cybersecurity services under a hybrid model combining co-sourced and outsourced services with capabilities retained by PHO. The work includes collaboration with PHO teams, service ownership and performance management, defined service levels, 24/7/365 monitoring, and scalable technical and security operations. The MSP must submit the proposal as the primary supplier and must be a Canadian Business; the process has an initial proposal stage followed by a Best & Final Offer stage for invited top-ranked proponents.
