<p>This requirement includes the rental of commercial charter buses from 5 November &amp; 8 November 2026. Buses shall have the capacity to carry approximately 50-56 passengers as well as their luggage.</p>

<p>On 5 November 2026, 6 buses are required for shuttle service every hour from 0800-1500 to transport passengers and their luggage from:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Atlantic Aviation FBO at Orlando International Airport 9245 Tradeport Dr, Orlando, FL 32827 to the Gaylord Palms&amp; Convention Center (6000 Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746) (the Gaylord).</li>
</ul>

<p>On 8 November 2026, 10 buses are required for shuttle service to transport passengers and their luggage from:</p>
