This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) conducted for market research purposes only under FAR Part 10. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an invitation for bids. This notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.</p>
