### Description

This document outlines a multi-phase Tactical Wheeled Vehicle (TWV) Industry Engagement led by the Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Agile Sustainment & Ammunition (PAE AS&A). The purpose is to establish an early, collaborative dialogue with all innovators to inform the Army's TWV acquisition strategy for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) FY30 cycle. The engagement aims to move away from traditional, rigid acquisition models and instead leverage new technology and agile contracting to develop survivable, cost-effective, and flexible light and medium-duty vehicle fleets suited for modern, multi-domain conflict. The process involves interactive industry days, white paper submissions, and one-on-one sessions to define requirements and create an executable acquisition roadmap.
