The license is propriety to ACM; Association for Computing Machinery is the sole source provider of the complete ACM Digital Library and ACM Open Licenses for the institutional library market. ACM holds exclusive worldwide distribution rights for the ACM Digital Library and ACM Open.</p>

The contractor must also provide a description of their past experience in fulfilling requirements which are the same or similar to this requirement and references for each.</p>
