### Description

The City of Des Moines Neighborhood Services, Property Improvement Division is soliciting sealed bids for various property improvement projects for calendar year 2027. Bidders will provide standard rates for common property repairs; the project list may not be all-inclusive, and each individual project will be quoted using the submitted base rates before work begins. The anticipated construction season is April through October 2027, weather permitting. Responses must be submitted through the electronic bidding system; faxed, emailed, mailed, and hand-delivered submissions are not accepted.
