<p>This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses and large businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.</p>

<p>USAWHC G-6 seeks information from potential sources for comprehensive Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) support for the WCCS. &nbsp;Established as the Army&rsquo;s theater-level headquarters supporting both U.S. Northern Command and U.S. Southern Command, USAWHC unifies former United States Army North and United States Army South capabilities into a single four-star command executing homeland defense, defense support to civil authorities, and theater security cooperation across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. &nbsp;In support of this newly formed Theater Army for the Americas, HQ USAWHC G-6 requires comprehensive ITSM solutions to deliver and sustain critical command and control (C2), Unified Communications (UC), Audio/Visual (AV), and enterprise information technology (IT) capabilities. &nbsp;Scope of support spans HQ USAWHC (Fort Liberty/Camp Mackall), Joint Base San Antonio, and associated remote/Deployable Communications Element (DCE) locations, encompassing program management, service desk/information management operations (IMO), data center and network operations, asset accountability, knowledge management, and full-spectrum cybersecurity&mdash;including Risk Management Framework (RMF)/Authority to Operate sustainment, vulnerability management, incident response, and communications security operations (COMSEC) accountability.</p>
