<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Offeror shall provide inspection, scheduled maintenance, and system repair to the backup diesel generator system for Johnston Ridge Observatory (JRO) located in Toutle, WA.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The backup diesel generator is a &ldquo;Simpower Generator Systems&rdquo; 1000KW, 1250KVA system that has a Mitsubishi engine and a MagnaMax Synchronous AC Generator.</p>
