The selected primary contractor will be accountable for the complete scope, including service delivery, security, service levels, and deliverables; disclosed subcontractors may be used. Website hosting, stored form submissions, and associated backups must be located in Canada, and the redesigned website is required to launch by March 31, 2027. The contract is scheduled to start January 1, 2027, with an initial term through December 31, 2029 and two optional one-year extensions.
