<p>NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to &nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>NELSON ENGINEERING CO.</strong> under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>NELSON ENGINEERING CO.</strong> is the sole provider of Provide specialized piping expertise overseeing the Craft Labor/Corrosion Control subcontractor for field modifications at KSC including but not limited to fabrication and installation of piping spool pieces, piping &amp; tubing supports, flared &amp; welded tubing<br />

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.</p>
