.<br/>EO 14398 - White Horse Hill National Game Preserve Water Main Extension<br/><br/>This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow.<br/><br/>This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) Construction Team has a requirement for the following:<br/><br/>Construction services are needed to install a new water main extension that will be connected to an existing water distribution system. The work will include pipe, water main connection, water meter and vault, air/vacuum release valves, gate valve and box, horizontal drilling, and underground utility crossing at the White Horse Hill National Game Preserve in St. Michael, ND in Benson County.<br/><br/>This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.<br/>	<br/>The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about November 3, 2026. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications.<br/> <br/>A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will also be announced with the solicitation.<br/> <br/>The NAICS code is 237110 – Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction and the size standard is $45 million.
