### Description

Union County is requesting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations and HOME-ARP sponsors to provide supportive services, develop affordable rental housing or non-congregate shelter, and/or provide tenant-based rental assistance. Proposed activities are intended to benefit qualifying populations, including people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and other eligible groups, and reduce the frequency and severity of homelessness in Union County. Approximately $1,300,000 is available through the HOME-ARP program. Proposals are due November 5, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.; the notice also specifies application and submission requirements.
