Agilent is the sole source for proprietary instrument firmware, software updates, engineering upgrades, and written maintenance and repair procedures. Third-party providers are not authorized to install or support these updates and do not have access to Agilent s proprietary instrument diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. Agilent provides proprietary remote support capabilities designed to improve first-call resolution and maximize instrument uptime. These capabilities include factory-supported remote diagnostics, firmware tools, virtual assistance technologies, and Agilent-specific compliance and qualification platforms.
Certain tools and platforms are available exclusively to Agilent service contract customers and are not licensed for third-party use.
The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 and the Business Size Standard is $34 Million.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Thursday, October 22, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
