### Description

<p>The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a modification to the sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract number FA240125C0001 awarded to Space X (CAGE 9ADW9).&nbsp; This modification will enable SpaceX to continue its support of a satellite processing and integration facility to accommodate up to 21 satellites and associated dispenser hardware for the SDA. This facility will support post-transport functional testing as required, satellite mechanical and electrical mates to the dispenser hardware, and integrated payload stack encapsulation.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The planned firm-fixed price contract modification is anticipated to be awarded in December 2026.&nbsp; The modification will extend the period of performance for 1 year.&nbsp; The total estimated value of the extension is $15,000,000.</p>

<p>This award of this modification will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1).</p>
