### Description

<p>The Contractor will provide modifications, repairs, construction, alterations and installations to the facilities, building and infrastructure components and systems on an on-demand basis site wide throughout Argonne National Laboratory (&ldquo;ANL&rdquo; or &ldquo;Laboratory&rdquo;), or other ANL directed sites within Will and DuPage Counties.&nbsp; The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, plant and equipment (except materials or equipment that may be specified to be furnished by Argonne National Laboratory) necessary to perform all work.</p>
