### Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention submitted a revised information collection request, “Use of the Cyclosporiasis National Hypothesis Generating Questionnaire (CNHGQ) During Investigations of Foodborne Disease Clusters and Outbreaks,” to OMB for review and approval. The notice allows an additional 30 days for public and affected-agency comments. CDC seeks a three-year Paperwork Reduction Act clearance to collect information from people with symptomatic Cyclospora infection using the CNHGQ during outbreak investigations. The estimated annual burden is 2,100 hours, based on approximately 2,800 interviews lasting 45 minutes each.
