### Description

This Request for Bids invites bids for research and evaluation of risk assessment tools and/or programs for justice-involved individuals. The work is intended to establish a Ministry-specific Vendor of Record arrangement. Vendor personnel delivering work under a Statement of Work must include at least one Lead Evaluator with a qualifying master’s or doctoral degree and experience leading at least three evaluation projects or studies.
