<p>This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the&nbsp;information in FAR Subpart 12.101-1, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) found at FAR Part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only&nbsp; solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE&nbsp; AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be made available on the following websites:<br />

<p>The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department,&nbsp;Fleet Directorate intends to solicit &ndash; on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office &ndash; Huntington Ingalls Incorporated (CAGE: 34293) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). The proposed acquisition is to provide&nbsp;<br />
REMUS 300 diagnostics and on-site repair instruction support services. The resultant contract will be issued on a&nbsp;firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and will contain a three (3) year ordering period, as follows:<br />
