### Description

<p>Requirements:</p>

<p>The Laboratory of Neurogenetics conducts genetic analyses of DNA samples to determine the genetic contribution to various mental health conditions including alcohol use disorders.&nbsp; One method of DNA analysis uses array chips to interrogate multiple SNPs at the same time.&nbsp; The array chips are most efficiently processed using a Tecan LiHa robot.&nbsp; The purpose of this contract is to obtain preventative maintenance and emergency repair service when needed for the Tecan LiHa robot system.</p>

<p>Provide 1 preventative maintenance visit (arranged with Laboratory personnel at a time convenient to both) to ensure that the LiHa robot is working properly.&nbsp; The company will provide the following on an as needed basis:&nbsp;</p>

<ol>
	<li>&nbsp;Full coverage for parts, labor and travel for unexpected breakdowns of the LiHa system giving assurance against unexpected costly repairs. The company will have an onsite response time of 2 business days (on average)&nbsp;</li>
</ol>

<ol>
	<li>The company will all replace reagents that were rendered useless due to hardware failures of the LiHa system.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>

<ol>
	<li>Hardware and software updates to the LiHA system will be provided at no additional cost.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>

<ol>
	<li>LiHa systems users will have access to remote technical support, on-site applications support and discounts on advanced training as needed.&nbsp;</li>
