<p>ALSO KNOW AS THE JURY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (JMS).</p>

<p>This is a pre-solicitation notice for a web-based Jury Management System (JMS) solution and is prepared in accordance with Judiciary Guide Volume 14, &sect; 330 Standard Competitive Contracting Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO). &nbsp;This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. <strong>The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR</strong> to include small business regulations.</p>

<p>The AO is seeking to award a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), web-based Jury Management Solution (JMS) to assist the courts with the selection, management, and tracking of jurors, as well as performing financial and statistical calculations including interfacing with the Judiciary&rsquo;s financial management system, Momentum.</p>
