<p>The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement &amp; Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis/solicitation notice as a means of complying with the USDA&rsquo;s policy in AGAR 412.201-1 (e)(3)(ii) Simplified Procedures.</p>
