### Description

<p>The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) &ndash; RFO 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to WoundVision LLC, 10585 N Meridian Suite 101, Indianapolis, IN 46290. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract.</p>

<p>WoundVision LLC will provide the leased devices and support for the Wound Scout systems. &nbsp;The Wound Scout system is proprietary and may only be provided and serviced by WoundVision LLC.</p>

<p>The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs &ndash; Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201-5275</p>

A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.</p>
