### Description

<p>NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:</p>

<p>The Defense Health Agency &ndash; Healthcare Contracting Division &ndash; South, intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with RFO FAR 8.104 (Use of Existing Contracts) to INO THERAPEUTICS LLC, to procure delivery of Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO) for use at the Department of Medicine. at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The period of performance is 01 JAN 2027 &ndash; 31 DEC 2027, plus four (4) option years.</p>

<p>This notice serves to announce the Government&rsquo;s intent to sole source this requirement and determine if any other sources exist. Interested sources with the demonstrated capability to meet all of the technical requirements outlined in this notice are invited to submit, in writing. Responses must include clear and convincing evidence that competition would be beneficial to the Government and would not be cost or schedule prohibitive. Respondents are responsible for appropriately marking any proprietary information. Responses will not be returned.</p>

<p>The contractor shall deliver the following crucial elements: (a) the supply of nitric oxide for inhalation, the pharmaceutical drug essential for the therapy (800 parts per million [PPM]); (b) a specialized Delivery Device that meets the precise criteria outlined in the iNO product label for safe and effective administration, (c) all necessary maintenance and calibration items, accessories, and disposable supplies required for the ongoing operation of the system, and (d) a range of support services, including training, maintenance, pick-up and delivery logistics.</p>

<p>This synopsis/notice of intent to sole source is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101 and 12.102 and will be posted for 15 days.</p>
