The City of Redondo Beach is seeking a firm to manage and operate its municipal marina and related waterfront services.

### Description

The City of Redondo Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive day-to-day management, maintenance, and operational services for the Redondo Beach Marina. Scope includes marina operations and planning, on-site management, slip-holder leasing services, boat-hoist operations, maintenance and facilities management, safety and emergency services, security, and financial management. The selected firm will enter into an initial three-year agreement with an option to extend, and is expected to manage the public boat launch after its anticipated completion in 2030.
