### Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain paper shopping bags from Taiwan for the period January 3, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Commerce preliminarily found that Haur Tyi Paper Bag Co., Ltd. did not sell subject merchandise below normal value, with a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00 percent. Commerce is rescinding the review in part for five companies after all requests for review of those companies were withdrawn. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
