This is a necessary requirement to ensure proper operations of the CEB analytical lab equipment which is used for mission-critical research and analysis of Canine Explosive Training Aids (CETA) which are utilized by canine teams in the TSA National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program (NEDCTP) for mission-critical training and mission readiness.
