### Description

<p>NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE:&nbsp; The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award a single source contract to Frontgrade Technologies Inc. for the procurement of Thirty (30)&nbsp;ASR-8 1618 to 1625 Conversion Kits.</p>

<p>In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management system Paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA&#39;s decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.</p>

<p>This procurement is for Conversion Kits to support the Brand-New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) under the Radar System Replacement (RSR) program to ensure compatibility with the RSR architecture.</p>

<p>The proposed principle North Americdan Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334511-Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical and nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing with a Size standard of no more than 1,250 employees.</p>
