THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS
NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The South Dakota National
Guard intends to award a firm fixed price sole source under the authority
of RFO FAR 6.103-l{a), for the marketing and advertising in the state of South Dakota.
