### Description

<p>The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Geotechnical and Structures (GSL) intends to issue an award (IAW RFO FAR 12.102 (b)) to Teledyne Risi, Inc., (CAGE: 3K871), 32727 S Corral Hollow Rd, Tracy, California 95377 for a New Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Explosive Effects and Blast Loading supplies and devices.&nbsp;&nbsp; GSL researchers typically employ exploding bridge-wire (EBW) detonators as a safe, reliable means of initiating explosive detonations. To enable safe and continual blast testing operations, GSL requires a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement that includes all critical components with the use of EBWs.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The requirement is for FS-17 Control Units and Firing Systems, EBW Detonators, and various high voltage cables throughout the proposed five (5) year ordering period.&nbsp; The requested items are listed below, but not limited to:</p>
