<p>This project consists of roof and other maintenance work on the Mesa Falls Visitor&rsquo;s Center on the Caribou-Targhee National Forest to provide deferred maintenance work. The facility&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; is operated by the Caribou-Targhee NF and Harriman State Park on the Ashton / Island Park Ranger District in Idaho Falls, Idaho.&nbsp; Reroofing, painting / staining the exterior, and other minor repairs will be part of the Base Bid, and snow guards and the repair of all round framing at all overhangs will be Optional Bid Items.
