### Description

<p><strong><u>General Information</u></strong><br />
This is a solicitation for non-commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in&nbsp;Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), located in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Body, Retainer, and Gasket parts. This solicitation will be competed as a&nbsp;total small business set-aside.</p>

<p><strong><u>Solicitation Details</u></strong><br />
Quotes are being requested under&nbsp;Request for Quotations (RFQ) <strong>N0017426Q1120</strong>. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is&nbsp;<strong>332710</strong>&nbsp;and the associated small business size standard is <strong>500 employees</strong>.</p>

<p>The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR/RFO. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20260507.</p>

<p><strong><u>Technical Drawings</u></strong></p>

<p>If interested, technical drawings need to be requested by contractor prior to submission date. ITAR certification is required to be provided prior to technical drawing release.&nbsp; Drawing requests must be made via email to deanna.l.wilson27.civ@us.navy.mil by Friday, 23 October 2026, 10:00 AM EST. Drawings will be send via DoD Safe.</p>

<p><u><strong>Cybersecurity Compliance Requirement (CMMC Level 2):</strong></u><br />
For purposes of technical acceptability, the Offeror shall submit documentation verifying a current CMMC Level 2 status&mdash;either <strong>Conditional</strong> or <strong>Final</strong>, as applicable&mdash;recorded in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). If the Offeror does not possess a current CMMC Level 2 status in SPRS at the time of proposal submission, the Offeror will not be deemed technically acceptable.</p>

<p><strong><u>Basis for Award</u></strong><br />
The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a&nbsp;Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)&nbsp;basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a purchase order without discussion.</p>
