The City of Davenport is seeking bids from qualified contractors to demolish the properties at 1132 Brown Street (Parcel ID G-0030-29) and 1136 Brown Street (Parcel ID G-0030-30). The work includes demolition, utility abandonment, debris removal and disposal, filling foundation cavities, grading, seeding, and related site work. The properties have not been tested for asbestos and are considered unsafe to enter.
