The City of LaGrange is seeking bids for construction of water and gravity sewer relocations along the South Davis Road (SR 14) corridor, from south of Greenville Road (SR 109) to the intersection with Hogansville Road (SR 14/US 29). The work includes installation of new and relocated water mains, water meters, fire hydrants, valves, and related appurtenances, and abandonment of existing water mains. It also includes approximately 400 linear feet of relocated 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, raising manholes to grade, and abandoning existing sanitary sewer manholes and sewer mains. Bids are due November 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time; bidders must have a Georgia Utility Contractor License, and each bid must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid.
