<p><strong>About the </strong><strong>Columbia Class BST-1 Electrical Hull Penetrators and Transmitter Cable Assemblies</strong><strong>:</strong></p>

<p>The Submarine Sail, Deployed Systems, and Modernization HM&amp;E Engineering (Code 453) and the Undersea Vehicle, Submarine Sail and Deployed Systems Division (Code 45) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), provide support in the development and delivery of systems for Columbia Class New Construction efforts. The AN/BST-1(B) requires Electrical Hull Penetrators (EHP), to facilitate connection of the associated transmitter cable through the pressure hull.</p>

<p>The contractor shall fabricate, manufacture, assemble, preserve, inspect, test, certify and ship AN/BST-1(B) Electrical Hull Penetrators in accordance with applicable documents in Section 2.0 and the Statement of Work. In addition, the contractor shall package and ship material to NSWCPD. The contractor will receive, store or generate Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in the performance of this work.&nbsp;</p>
