The winning bidder must provide and deliver the factory-assembled equipment to Valley Water’s receiving location at 5905 Winfield Boulevard, San Jose, California. This is a goods-and-delivery-only procurement; bid prices must include packaging, freight, insurance, and other delivery costs, with delivery FOB Destination, freight prepaid and allowed. Field installation and construction services are not included unless separately authorized in writing.
