The City of Seattle is seeking qualified partners to develop, govern, and sustain its enterprise Microsoft Power Platform environment.

  - Train and coach City staff, enable citizen development, and support a Center of Excellence model.
  - Provide monitoring, reporting, metrics, alerts, and related tools.
  - Support project management, stakeholder engagement, change management, communications, adoption planning, and training.

The City of Seattle seeks qualified vendors to provide professional services supporting its Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and transition to an enterprise-wide sustainment model. Work includes developing and integrating new solutions, supporting and enhancing existing apps and flows, establishing governance and security practices, and enabling citizen development through training and coaching. Vendors will also support monitoring, reporting, change management, and adoption in alignment with the City's equity, accessibility, and digital inclusion goals. The City may select multiple vendors for a preferred-partner pool, but does not guarantee work or utilization.
