### Description

Pierce County seeks proposals from organizations to provide behavioral health promotion, prevention, and early intervention services to youth aged 25 or younger. Services are intended to strengthen social-emotional skills, reduce violence and substance-use risk factors, and improve access to behavioral health care. Applicants must meet stated eligibility requirements, including having submitted a responsive proposal that advanced to evaluation under at least one listed prior procurement and received no funding from those procurements.
