### Description

El Dorado County seeks Statements of Qualifications to establish a qualified list of providers for as-needed traffic engineering consulting services. Services include conducting and reviewing studies, collecting traffic counts, assisting with updates to the Traffic Impact Fee Program, traffic forecasting and modeling (including microsimulation), and designing and reviewing traffic signals, signing, and striping for County- and developer-driven projects. The qualified list may be valid for up to three years, with no guaranteed amount of work; the County anticipates awarding up to three agreements to top-ranked proposers. Assignments may be issued directly or through informal submittals requested from at least three qualified providers, and applicable prevailing wage requirements may apply.
