The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to create and deliver culturally appropriate immunization resources for American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. The Indian Health Service intends to award a purchase order for Community Health Immunization Resources services. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 75H70427Q00002. See attached solicitation and three additional attachments for the complete requirement, instructions, provisions, and clauses.</p>
