<p>The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for the Sharkcage items listed in the attached. These include:</p>

<p>Support, Shipping and Storage Container</p>

<p>Shelter Mobile System</p>

<p>Utility Area Shelter System</p>

<p>&nbsp;Modification Kit, Shipping and Storage</p>

<p>&nbsp;Cover STF Camouflage</p>

<p>Cover STF Reversible</p>

<p>Modular Storage and Transport</p>

<p>Cover Modular Storage</p>

<p>Shelter Mobile System, Intermodal Storage</p>

<p>The requirements are sole sourced to Sharkcage, Inc., cage code 54TC1.</p>

<p>DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of issuing a solicitation for the items under a Long-Term Type Contract.&nbsp; If an award is made, the award will not exceed a period of five (5) years.</p>

<p>This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a Request for Proposal (RFP).&nbsp; This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose.&nbsp; Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary.&nbsp; The Government will <strong><u>NOT PAY</u></strong> for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.&nbsp; If a solicitation results, it will be synopsized on the &ldquo;Contract Opportunities&rdquo; website at SAM.gov and it will be the offeror&rsquo;s responsibility to monitor the Contract Opportunities website for any such notices.</p>

<p>Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package, which will be forwarded to the Engineering Support Activity (ESA) for review. This technical package must include a copy of the original manufacturer&rsquo;s drawings for comparison by the ESA.&nbsp; The drawings are proprietary to the manufacturer, and the Government is not in possession of the said drawings.</p>
