<p>THIS IS A SOLICITATION.</p>

<p>The Department of the Navy seeks quotations from responsible sources capable of providing new, genuine, properly licensed GE Vernova CIMPLICITY software products and associated Industrial Gateway Server (IGS) functionality for use at Naval Base Kitsap&ndash;Keyport, Keyport, Washington.</p>

<p>The Government requires the following commercial software licenses:</p>

<p>CLIN 0001:<br />
Part Number: 3-45107101-003-001<br />
Description: CIMPLICITY v2022 Server Standard Development/Runtime 700, English.<br />
Quantity: 1</p>

<p>CLIN 0002:<br />
Part Number: 3-45107101-007-001<br />
Description: Drivers IGS &ndash; Industrial Gateway Server for Basic Points; 253 Additional IGS Protocols; IoT Gateway plug-in; no tags.<br />
Quantity: 1</p>

<p>CLIN 0003:<br />
Part Number: 3-42187801-023-001<br />
Description: CIMPLICITY v2024 Server Standard Development/Runtime 300, English.<br />
Quantity: 1</p>

<p>All offered products shall be new, genuine, and properly licensed for U.S. Government use. The contractor shall provide all applicable software license entitlements, activation information, documentation, and manufacturer-authorized support and/or renewal coverage required by the solicitation.</p>

<p>Offerors shall demonstrate that they are authorized by GE Vernova, or the applicable manufacturer, to sell, license, renew, and support the required CIMPLICITY software products. Offerors shall provide evidence of authorization with their quotation.</p>

<p>The Government will evaluate quotations in accordance with the solicitation and its attachments. Offerors shall review all solicitation documents, including the schedule of supplies/services, applicable provisions and clauses, and instructions for submission of quotations.</p>

<p>The place of performance is Naval Base Kitsap&ndash;Keyport, 610 Dowell Street, Building 12L, Keyport, WA 98345, unless otherwise stated in the resulting order.</p>

<p>Questions and quotations shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions and deadline identified in this solicitation.</p>
