### Description

Pitt County Government is seeking qualifications for Owner’s Construction Testing Services and Commissioning Services for a new two-story, 82,000-square-foot Administration Building (JKF Project No. 2024-14). Firms should indicate in their qualification package which service they are applying for. Submissions must include a Letter of Interest and a current Standard Form 254 and be submitted electronically to the specified county and project contacts. The Letter of Interest is limited to ten single-sided or five double-sided pages, in addition to the SF 254, and the PDF may not exceed 18 MB.
