### Description

NSPA intends to issue an RFP for a new-design Slipring Assembly to replace the existing assemblies in S-743D air-surveillance radars. The work includes surveying existing radar installations and interfaces; designing and developing a form, fit, and function replacement; manufacturing, qualifying, and factory-testing the assemblies; and final site acceptance. The requirement is for three new S-743 Slipring Assemblies, with one additional optional unit, and includes the personnel, equipment, materials, spares, and documentation needed for design, production, integration, and testing.
