### Description

The County of Union is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Bond Counsel Services and other specialized legal services for the period January 1 through December 31, 2027. Work includes preparing and reviewing bond ordinances, reviewing official statements, assisting with rating agency relations and bond and note issuances, providing legal opinions and advice, and attending meetings when requested. Proposals must include one original paper copy and one PDF copy on a thumb drive, submitted sealed by October 22, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. EDT. One or more providers may be selected.
