### Description

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources has received an application from Matanuska Telecom Association for an easement to install fiber optic facilities near Willow, Alaska. The project supports a planned 79-mile fiber-to-the-premise network intended to serve 604 locations. The requested easement includes three segments of approximately 612 feet, 116 feet, and 506 feet, with widths of 30 feet, 30 feet, and 15 feet, respectively. The requested term is indefinite, and written comments are due October 28, 2026.
