REQUIREMENTS BACKGROUND

This is a non-personal services contract to provide hotel and conference services in support of the Indo-Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference (IPACC), Indo-Pacific Armies Management Seminar (IPAMS), and Senior Enlisted Forum (SELF) in Singapore, Singapore

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall provide analysis and planning necessary to host, lodge, and feed up to 200 delegates for a multi-day international conference. This includes the following tasks: Gather requirements to offer reasonable options to meet conference deliverables to the customer.

ELIGIBILITY Vendor :To be eligible for this contract award, your organization must have an active registration in the System For Award Management (SAM). https://www.sam.gov. If your organization is not currently registered in SAM, you still have time to register prior to the solicitation being issued.

The general requirement for this action will be: Large Main Ball Room, meeting rooms, indoor event venue, spacious rooms used as private meeting rooms, restaurants for buffet-syle meals, adjacent conference areas for tea breaks, dedicated room for operation section, first aid station room, dedicated WiFi network, access for luxury busses to load and unload, and waiting area.

ELIGIBILITY Vendor must demonstrate the capability to perform in the required designated area (Singapore, Singapore).
